Student Volunteers

The Student Volunteer application is now closed.

** Your badge will allow access to both the educational sessions and the trade show floor. Free time varies by assignments.

Prerequisites:

To become a student volunteer at HIMSS 2008, you must be:

• A student member of HIMSS - Join Now!
• Currently a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a related field*.
• Available from the dates of Feb 23 - Feb 28, 2008.
• Age 21 years or older.

* A copy of your schedule or a letter from your institution is acceptable form of proof – a copy of your student ID will not be accepted.

Your Commitment:

• Air transportation to/from Orlando
• Ground transportation to/from Orlando airport to your hotel
• Incidental charges, i.e. hotel incidentals and meals outside of scheduled meals
• A commitment to HIMSS to be available for the entire conference. February 23 (Mandatory student orientation/conference set-up begins promptly at noon) through February 28 (Final day of conference until 3pm – optional evening wrap-up party)
