Prerequisites:
To become a student volunteer at HIMSS 2010, you must be:
- A student member of HIMSS - Join Now!
- Currently a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a related field*.
- Available full time from the dates of February 27 - March 4, 2010
- Age 21 years or older.
* A copy of your schedule or a letter from your institution is acceptable form of proof of current student status – a copy of your student ID will not be accepted.
Your Commitment:
- Air transportation to/from Atlanta
- Ground transportation to/from Atlanta airport to your hotel
- Incidental charges, i.e. hotel incidentals and meals outside of scheduled meals
- A commitment to HIMSS to be available for the entire conference. February 27 (Mandatory student orientation/conference set-up begins promptly at noon) through March 4 (Final day of conference until 3pm)
