** Your badge will allow access to both the educational sessions and the trade show floor. Free time varies by assignments.

Prerequisites:

To become a student volunteer at HIMSS 2010, you must be:

• A student member of HIMSS - Join Now!
• Currently a full-time undergraduate or graduate student in a related field*.
• Available full time from the dates of February 27 - March 4, 2010
• Age 21 years or older.

* A copy of your schedule or a letter from your institution is acceptable form of proof of current student status – a copy of your student ID will not be accepted.

Your Commitment:

• Air transportation to/from Atlanta
• Ground transportation to/from Atlanta airport to your hotel
• Incidental charges, i.e. hotel incidentals and meals outside of scheduled meals
• A commitment to HIMSS to be available for the entire conference. February 27 (Mandatory student orientation/conference set-up begins promptly at noon) through March 4 (Final day of conference until 3pm)
