Eligibility

As a C-Suite, VP or Director within in a Provider organization, you are eligible to join the Hosted Buyer Program during registration for HIMSS24.

Logistics Made Easy

• Structured Meetings: Providers commit to sitting for two hours, during which you will meet with six suppliers. Each meeting is a brief but impactful nine minutes, with a brief break between sessions.
• Seamless Check-in: Upon arrival, providers can check in at the Hosted Buyer Program station. We'll record your arrival in our system and invite you to relax in the Hosted Buyer Lounge until your meeting space is ready.
• Flexible Timing: You'll have the opportunity to meet Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, March 12-14, ensuring that this exciting opportunity fits your schedule.
