HIMSS Chapter Opportunities
Bring Your Chapters Best Session to HIMSS27
Your chapter brings valuable education to its community all year. Now, give one of those sessions a global audience. Submit an outstanding session from a past HIMSS Chapter event for the opportunity to present at the 2027 HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition. Judges will select three winning sessions to join the HIMSS27 General Education program.
This is your opportunity to showcase the education your chapter delivers and bring your speakers’ expertise to a wider audience. Submissions are open through November 20, 2026.
Local Expertise. Global Recognition.
The three winning sessions will receive an official invitation to present at HIMSS27. Speakers from the selected sessions will each receive one non-transferable HIMSS27 full conference registration. Speakers are responsible for their own travel, hotel, and incidental expenses.Who Can Submit?
The submitting HIMSS Chapter must be in good standing. The session must have already been delivered at a previous HIMSS Chapter event, either virtually or in person.

Choose the session that best represents your chapter’s educational contributions and prepare the following:

- Session Title
- Summary Description
- Detailed Description
- Learning Objectives
- Speaker Details
- Intended Audience
- Topic Category
- Your case for “Best of the Best”
