You can reserve your hotel before registering for HIMSS27. If your plans change later, remember that canceling your conference registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. Hotel changes and cancellations need to be handled separately.
Save These HIMSS27 Hotel Dates

Under the current policy, reservations may be canceled in full through this deadline. You may also change from one hotel to another through this time. After the deadline, the applicable deposit is nonrefundable, and changing hotels may trigger deposit charges.
Approximately 14–21 days before HIMSS27
Hotels are expected to charge the card holding the reservation a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Your confirmation email may include hotel-specific deposit terms.
