Add An E-Badge to your LinkedIn profile

Show your excitement for the upcoming HIMSS25 conference by adding your e-badge to your LinkedIn profile and sharing it with your network!
Engage with others who are also attending HIMSS25. This is a great opportunity to start networking before the conference begins!
Step 1: Adding the E-Badge to Your LinkedIn Profile
  • Log in to your LinkedIn account.
  • Click on your profile picture to go to your profile.
  • Scroll down to the “Accomplishments” section and click “Add profile section”.
  • Select “Projects” from the dropdown menu.
  • In the “Project name” field, enter “HIMSS25 Attendee”.
  • For “Date”, enter the upcoming dates of HIMSS25.
  • In the description, write: “Excited to attend HIMSS25, the premier health information and technology conference.”
  • Under “Add media”, click to upload your HIMSS25 e-badge image.
  • Click “Save” to add the project to your profile.

Step 2: Sharing Your E-Badge in a LinkedIn Post
  • From your LinkedIn homepage, click on “Start a post”.
  • Click the “Add a photo” icon.
  • Select and upload your HIMSS25 e-badge image.
  • In the text field, write a post about your upcoming attendance. For example:
  • “I’m thrilled to attend #HIMSS25! Looking forward to a week of learning, networking, and exploring the latest in health information and technology. Who else will be there? Let’s connect! #HealthIT #HealthcareInnovation”
  • Add relevant hashtags like #HIMSS25 and tag our account, “HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition” for visibility
  • Click “Post” to share with your network.
